Residents of LA Emerge from Slumber to Smoky Skies and Scorched Neighborhoods

Video shows one resident watching as her home burned comparing her neighbourhood to driving through a "war zone".

LA Fire Chief Kristin Crowley says the four ongoing fires - Palisades, Eaton, Hurst and Woodley - are 0% contained and "stretching" responders to their limits. The Palisades fire, which broke out on Tuesday morning, has burnt more than 1,000 structures, officials say.
